Northants/Bedford Intercounty and Northants County Championships 2005
Nick Summers was selected to represent Northants in an inter-county shoot against Bedfordshire on 20th November in Wellingborough. This match, over a single Portsmouth round, took place during the Northants County Championships and scores from the match counted for both.
Northants were narrowly beaten by Bedfordshire, but as a consolation Nick went on to take the County Indoor title with a score of 566. He was also top recurve in the double Portsmouth with a score of 1131.
WOAC Open Indoor Championship 2005
Nick Summers, David Winder and Julie Winder shot in the WOAC Open Indoor Championship at Wellingborough on Sunday 13th November. David and Julie shot a single Portsmouth and Nick shot in both the single and double Portsmouth.
After a very enjoyable afternoon Nick took 1st place in the Senior Gents Recurve for both the single and double rounds with scores of 570 and 1143. Congratulations to David and Julie: At their first competitive shoot David finished 11th out of 28 with a score of 512 and Julie finished 5th out of 7 with a score of 456.
New Members

Classifications are open to every memeber and can be obtained by shooting
in at least 3 target days or competitions during the season (and achieving
the necessary scores!).
